Keyboards for people who type for a living.
We started because two of us had wrist pain by Thursday and couldn't find a split keyboard that felt like a finished product instead of a project.

Boards assembled and shipped since 2021
Boards per batch, so every one is typed on before it ships
Warranty with parts included, not just a repair quote
Every shape is printed in resin and typed on for a week before it becomes aluminium. Three of the last five prototypes never shipped.
6063 aluminium, CNC-milled in a shop 40 km from ours, bead-blasted and anodised in batches so the colour matches across a run.
Switches seated with a jig, stabilisers tuned by ear, gaskets seated evenly. Two people, forty boards, one day.
Firmware flashed per half, radio paired, then a full page of text typed through every row and layer. Failures go back to step three.
Your test log, cables, feet and quick-start card, wrapped in recycled pulp. Tracking goes out the day it leaves the bench.
Every material decision is made twice: once for how it feels under your fingers, once for what happens in year four.
A milled case keeps the board still under fast typing and can be re-anodised. It also holds the heat out of the cells, which is most of why ours last six weeks.
Double-shot legends that won't wear off, 1.5 mm walls, and a texture that stays grippy after a year of fingertips. Replaceable in any colour we stock.
Both halves use an off-the-shelf 3.7 V pack with a JST connector. No glue, no soldering, no proprietary shape — swap it yourself with a screwdriver.
ZMK is maintained by people who don't work for us. If we disappear tomorrow, your keymap, your firmware and your parts list still work.
We won't glue a keyboard shut. We won't ship a board we haven't typed on. We won't sell you a subscription for software that runs locally. And we won't change a layout and quietly call it the same product.
If a board fails inside two years, we ship the part. If you'd rather not open it yourself, send it back and we'll do it — that's part of the price, not an upsell.

We keep demo boards at the workshop and can post a loaner for a week if you're deciding between shapes.
